PIH is developing a Benchmarking Utility Consumption and Cost System (BUCCS) that will, among other things, simplify the process of performing the energy audit. To reduce each PHA's effort in an audit, beginning immediately any PHA may complete and submit the form above, either electronically or in hard copy, for each Project. HUD Headquarters will analyze the data and recommend next steps for the PHA in order to comply with 24 CFR 965.302. Public reporting burden for this collection of information is estimated to average 1.5 hours. This includes the time for collecting, reviewing, and reporting the data. 24 CFR 965.302 requires PHAs to conduct energy audits. HUD will analyze the data submitted here and recommend next steps for the PHA in order to comply with 24 CFR 965.302. Response to this request for information is required in order to receive the benefits to be derived.
